Oby Ezekwesili says President Muhammadu Buhari lost the opportunity to assure Nigerians after his national broadcast on Monday, August 21 - The president returned to Nigeria on Saturday, August 19 after 104 days in London for treatment of an undisclosed illness - Buhari's absence had provoked protests from a group called 'Concerned Nigerians' led by veteran entertainer, Chales Oputa, popularly called Charly Boy Convener of the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) group and former education minister, Oby Ezekwesili has criticized President Buhari over his speech to Nigerians after 104 days in London for an undisclosed ailment.

She disclosed on her twitter handle @obyezeks that "I can give an instant citizen's feedback to President @MBuhari that his Speech this morning was a a terrible case of MISSED OPPORTUNITY." Dkazloaded had earlier reported that President Muhammadu Buhari addressed Nigerians live on national television today, August 21.
